The building is a steel frame structure with masonry veneer, flat roof with sloped insulation on metal deck, and has a partial basement. The second floor houses Family Practice Associates, while the first and basement floors contain tenants providing medical services including DiagnosticRadiology/Imaging (MRI and CT scanning), Mammography, Pain Clinic/Spine Center, Work Related Injury Clinic and Rehab Center.
