Project: Lexington Clinic – Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Clinic

Location: Lexington, Kentucky

This project involved the interior demolition of an existing two-story office building and its subsequent conversion and fit-up into a 26,000-square-foot outpatient orthopedic/sports medicine clinic operated by Lexington Clinic. The first floor accommodates sixteen Exam Rooms, one Procedure Room, four Casting Bays and two Radiographic X-Ray Rooms. The second floor provides seven Exam Rooms, six Physical Therapy Exam Rooms, one Massage Therapy Room, seven Physical Therapy Bays and one Large Exercise Room.
