Mary Chiles Hospital Master Plan

Location: Mount Sterling, Kentucky

CMW prepared a master plan for a replacement hospital for the 64-bed facility to a new site on Interstate-64. The first phase of the Master Plan was completed in late 2002 with the Oncology Center joint venture with the University of Kentucky. The second phase of the project will include a 30,000 SF Ambulatory Care Center, and the eventual replacement hospital will be developed in the third phase.
