Project: Saint Joseph Hospital Office Park – Building ‘C’

Location: Lexington, Kentucky

One of four buildings that make up a 10-acre medical office complex, the building needed to accommodate new and expanding specialized physicians’ services. By the addition of a 400-car parking structure, the third essential requirement for expanded patient and staff parking was met. The building comprises approximately 90,000 square feet on five floors, elevated above parking. The two-story lobby comprises approximately 7,000 square feet with an elevator lobby and grand stair to the first floor and mezzanine level above.
