Obstetrics Floor Renovation

Location: Lexington, Kentucky

This project was successfully accomplished on a tight schedule in four phases. Phase I primarily consisted of new finishes and furnishings for the 15 private post-partum wing, including a new Nurse Station, Clean Utility Room and Waiting Room. Phase II consisted of new Support Spaces for the Post-Partum Wing, including a new Nurse Station, Clean Utility Room and Waiting Area. Phase III involved five new Labor/Delivery Rooms, one new Ante-Partum Room, a new L/E Nurse Station and numerous Support Areas. Phase IV consisted of the addition of Labor/Delivery Rooms, an Ante-Partum Room and more Support Spaces.
